Abstract:
Disclosed is an in-vehicle information system that notifies a passenger within a vehicle of guidance information and that is provided with: a display input unit (9) that has a display unit (7) that displays guidance information, and an input unit (8) that covers the display unit (7), detects a touch operation performed by the passenger, and outputs the touch operation as input operation information; and an information control unit (10) that switches the guidance information in response to the running state of the vehicle and outputs the guidance information to the display unit (7), and that classifies the guidance information into first information that is to be provided to the passenger in response to the input operation information and second information that is to be provided to the passenger in response to the running state of the vehicle, outputting the first information to the display unit (7) in response to the input operation information.
