Abstract:
A constant voltage circuit 500 stabilizes a voltage VFILA generated at a capacitor connection terminal FILA. An internal circuit 410 operates on the basis of the voltage VFILA generated at the capacitor connection terminal FILA. A first voltage dividing circuit 510 generates at the capacitor connection terminal FILA, a first voltage obtained by dividing a power supply voltage VCC generated at a power supply terminal VCC. A charging transistor Q1 has one end connected to the capacitor connection terminal FILA. A second voltage dividing circuit 520 generates a second voltage Vb1 obtained by dividing the power supply voltage VCC at the control terminal of the charging transistor Q1. A clamp circuit 530 clamps the voltage VFILA generated at the capacitor connection terminal FILA and the voltage at the control terminal of the charging transistor Q1 so as not to exceed a limit voltage.
