Abstract:
Provided is an in-vehicle power supply device capable of performing an operation for low current and an operation for high current and capable of suppressing delay in output when switching from the operation for low current to the operation for high current. The in-vehicle power supply device (1) has: a first voltage conversion unit (12) that at least performs a step-down operation for stepping down a voltage applied to a first conductive path (31) electrically connected to an in-vehicle electricity storage unit (91) to apply the stepped-down voltage to a second conductive path (32); a second voltage conversion unit (22) that at least performs a step-down operation for stepping down the voltage applied to the first conductive path (31) to apply the stepped-down voltage to the second conductive path (32) and has a smaller power capacity than the first voltage conversion unit (12); a drive unit (3) that drives the first voltage conversion unit (12) and the second voltage conversion unit (22); and a capacitor (50) that is electrically connected to the second conductive path (32) and charged by the current flowing through the second conductive path (32).
