An in-vehicle reporting system (1) is provided with: a report management unit (31) that manages report information on the basis of the report information including a report type received from a mobile terminal (20) of a user present in a vehicle; and a report distribution unit (32) that determines, on the basis of the report information being managed by the report management unit (31), a delivery destination and delivery contents of the report information, and that distributes the delivery contents to the delivery destination.
