Abstract:
An in-vivo capture system for a cell to be tested and a working method thereof. The system comprises an immune micro-nano bubble supply device (10), an acoustic resonance immune guide body in-vivo conveying device (20), an ultrasonic transmitting device (30), and an acoustic resonance immune guide body (40), wherein the immune micro-nano bubble supply device (10) provides an immune micro-nano bubble coupled with an antibody, and the immune micro-nano bubble is injected into a body to be specifically combined with said cell to form a bubble complex; the guide body in-vivo conveying device (20) conveys the acoustic resonance immune guide body (40) to an in-vivo area to be tested; the ultrasonic transmitting device (30) transmits an ultrasonic wave to excite the acoustic resonance immune guide body (40) in vivo to generate a local strong field; and the surface of the acoustic resonance immune guide body (40) is coupled with an antibody capable of recognizing said cell, the acoustic resonance immune guide body is specifically combined with said cell to capture said cell when being conveyed into the body, and the local strong field is used for adsorbing the bubble complex to capture said cell. The system can increase the capture quantity of trace cells to be tested in vivo, and improve the accuracy of subsequent testing.
