Title:
IN VIVO IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE AND RECEIVING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2007/074712
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Images of persons in vivo are transmitted from in vivo devices (capsule endoscopes) and
the images can be observed on a single in vivo image display device (viewer). The
viewer (6) as the in vivo image display device has a first region (61b1) capable of
displaying an in vivo image of a first capsule endoscope, the in vivo image being received
by a display section from a first receiver (A), and a second display region (61b2,
61b3) capable of displaying an in vivo image of a second capsule endoscope, the
in vivo image being received from a second receiver (B, C) different from the first
receiver (A). The viewer (6) displays multiple in vivo images taken by the capsule
endoscopes, and the images are displayed in the display regions (61b1, 61b2,
61b3). As a result, the observer of the viewer can understand positions of the
different capsule endoscopes.
