Abstract:
The present invention provides an in-vivo release-sustained recombinant coagulation factor VIII in which a biocompatible polymer is conjugated to at least one sugar chain terminus, and a preparation method therefor. An in-vivo release-sustained recombinant coagulation factor VIII according to the present invention has a protein surface modified through a method more elaborate and safer than conventional glycoconjugation techniques and enjoys the advantage of decreasing in immunogenicity and increasing in in-vivo sustainability.
