Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of always holding an outer pin holder (45) and a housing (22) of a deceleration part (B) of an in-wheel motor drive device at predetermined positions, preventing breakage of components including revolution members, outer periphery engagement members, and a motion conversion mechanism even when a large axial load is applied by turning, rapid acceleration/deceleration, and the like, and eliminating hammering generated between the housing (22) and the outer pin holder (45).
A casing-affixed member (51) that is affixed to the inner surface of a deceleration part casing (22), and a housing-affixed member (52) that is affixed to the outer surface of the housing of the deceleration part are provided between the deceleration part casing (22b) and the housing of the deceleration part, and the casing-affixed member (51) and the housing-affixed member (52) are bonded and secured by means of rubber (53).
