Abstract:
A reduction part (B) of this in-wheel motor drive device (21) is equipped with a plurality of outer pins (27), which are outer-periphery engagement members, that are engaged with the outer peripheries of curved plates (26a, 26b) to rotate the curved plates (26a, 26b). Each outer pin (27) is rotatably supported against a casing (22) by a rolling bearing (61) and an outer pin housing (60). The rolling bearing (61) includes an outer ring (62) having an inner diameter surface to which an outside raceway surface (63) is provided, and the outer ring (62) is formed such that the circularity of the central part of the outside raceway surface (63) in the axis direction is equal to or less than 20μm.
