Abstract:
An in-wheel motor drive device (10) is provided with: a wheel hub bearing section (11) comprising an inner wheel (12) which rotates integrally with a wheel, an outer wheel (13) facing the inner wheel with a gap therebetween in the radial direction, and a hub attachment (56) arranged further radially outward than the outer wheel and attached and fixed to the outer wheel; a motor unit (21) that drives the inner wheel; a casing that accommodates a rotation transmission path from a motor rotation shaft (22) of the motor unit to the inner wheel; a suspension bracket (61) comprising an upper connecting seat section (62) connectable with an upper suspension member (76) of a suspension device, a lower connecting seat section (64) connectable with a lower suspension member (71) of the suspension device, and an intermediate part (63) for connecting the upper connecting seat section and the lower connecting seat section; and fixing means (69, 56h, 66) for attaching and fixing the suspension bracket to the hub attachment.
