Abstract:
Reducing the weight of the whole drive system with an inverter centered, in particular, reducing the length of a wiring and a pipe around the inverter and reducing the weight of a vehicle by efficient cooling of the inverter are attained. One inverter (5) which supplies AC power to all in-wheel motor devices (4) provided to a vehicle body (1) is provided in a position in a lateral direction between the in-wheel motor devices (4) on the right and left sides. A radiator (7) which cools the inverter (5) is provided ahead of the inverter (5). The inverter (5) is provided above a battery (6) or provided with the inverter (5) and the battery (6) arranged in a longitudinal direction.
