Abstract:
A geared motor (10G) has an electric motor (10) and a reduction gear mechanism
(11) for reducing the rotational speed of the electric motor (10) and transmitting
the reduced speed to a wheel (2). The geared motor (10G) is elastically joined
to a knuckle (5) by a dynamic vibration absorber (20) having a motor installation
member (21) installed on the side face side of a motor case (10a), a knuckle installation
member installed on the knuckle (5), a spring member (23) for connecting the motor
installation member (21) and the knuckle installation member, two guide members
(24, 24) for guiding the direction of operation of the spring member (23) into
the vertical direction, and a damper placed in parallel with the guide members
(24, 24). The motor (10) and the dynamic vibration absorber (20) are arranged
behind the reduction gear mechanism (11). By the construction above, the motor
(10) can have a sufficient stroke and the dynamic vibration absorber (20) can
exhibit its performance sufficiently.
