Abstract:
The present invention enables reduction in time spent in each process for responding to an incident, building of sufficient know-how, and retrieval of necessary information. Provided is an incident response assistance device connected to a first communication terminal of an end user who operates a machine and/or device and at least one second communication terminal of a service provider including a manufacturer of the machine and/or device, the incident response assistance device comprising: a management unit that associates an incident response log in each process for responding to an incident of the machine and/or device with an incident ID; a first storage unit recording a first incident response log that is associated with the incident ID and is in each process of the end user; a second storage unit recording a second incident response log that is associated with the incident ID and is in each process of the service provider; and a database that records at least a part of the first incident response log and at least a part of the second incident response log in an integrated manner.
