The present invention relates to an incineration apparatus, comprising: a combustion apparatus into which waste is fed and burned; a dust-collecting apparatus which collects combustion gas generated from the combustion apparatus; and a duct which interconnects the combustion apparatus and the dust-collecting apparatus such that the combustion apparatus and the duct-collecting apparatus are in communication with each other. The combustion apparatus includes a first combustion furnace arranged in a lower portion thereof, and a second combustion furnace in communication with an upper portion of the first combustion furnace. Dust and unburned materials generated by an incomplete combustion in the first combustion furnace are supplied, together with the combustion gas, to the second combustion furnace and burned again, thereby improving combustion efficiency.
