Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To smoothly carry intestinal tracts without giving any damage thereto and sanitarily treat the intestinal tracts by preventing the intestinal tracts after incision treatment from being contaminated by dirt. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This incising apparatus flexibly holds the carried intestinal tracts by smoothly forming, in curved shapes, the surface of the holding teeth (5a) of a driven belt (5) with holding teeth and the irregular surface (4a) of a rotatingly carrying belt (4). The incising apparatus also comprises an intestinal tract placing table (2) having a stage (7) for holdingly placing the intestinal tracts thereon, horizontally rotated according to the movement of the intestine during incising operation, vertically moving according to a variation in the weight of the intestinal tracts placed thereon, and keeping constant a distance between an intestinal tract insert part (3a) at the tip of a guide lever (3) and the stage (7).
