Abstract:
This invention includes a practical angle and inclination gauge that is used in any field related to inclinations and angles, and displays both measures simultaneously as angles of surfaces with horizontal line in degrees and as inclinations between surfaces and horizontal line in percentage without requiring any calculation. This invention is an inclination and angle gauge, and is composed of the internal plastic round fitting (1) that shows any figures giving angles in degrees (0° to 90°) through the screen printing on its front surface, and giving inclinations in percentage (0% to 100%) through the screen printing on its side surface; the gravity pin (2) ensuring that the internal plastic round fitting (1) is fixed based on gravity principles; the transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3) ensuring that any figures corresponding to angle values may be read clearly; the transparent plastic internal rear protection cap (4) fixed by an ultrasonic adhesion system onto rear side of the transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3); the centering pin (5); the front external housing cap (6) and rear external housing cap (7) that protect the fitting against shocks; and right aluminum casing cap (8) and left aluminum casing cap (9) that are closed on right and left sides of the box profile bearing (10).

CLAIMS

1. This invention is an inclination and angle gauge, and is composed of the internal plastic round fitting (1) that shows any figures giving angles in degrees (0° to 90°) through the screen printing on its front surface, and giving inclinations in percentage (0% to 100%) through the screen printing on its side surface; the gravity pin (2) ensuring that the internal plastic round fitting (1) is fixed based on gravity principles; the transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3) ensuring that any figures corresponding to angle values may be read clearly; the transparent plastic internal rear protection cap (4) fixed by an ultrasonic adhesion system onto rear side of the transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3); the centering pin (5); the front external housing cap (6) and rear external housing cap (7) that protect the fitting against shocks; and right aluminum casing cap (8) and left aluminum casing cap (9) that are closed on right and left sides of the box profile bearing (10).

2. It is a gravity pin (2) as stated in Claim 1 , and it features a component placed in the internal plastic round fitting (1) and ensures that the internal plastic round fitting (1) is fixed based on gravity principles.

3. It is a centering pin (5) as stated in Claim 1, and it features a component ensuring that the centering pin is inserted through the center of the internal plastic round fitting (1); is placed on the transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3) and the transparent plastic internal rear protection cap (4); and thus vibrates.

4. It is an inclination and angle gauge as stated in Claim 1 , and it features that the round on upper surface of the front cap (6) shows the angle dial

(A); and the rectangle on the front cap (6) and rear cap (7) shows the inclination dial (B).

TECHNICAL SCOPE

This invention includes a practical angle and inclination gauge that is used in any field related to inclinations and angles, and displays both measures simultaneously as angles of surfaces with horizontal line in degrees and as inclinations between surfaces and horizontal line in percentage without requiring any calculation.

KNOWN SITUATION OF TECHNIQUE

Today, there are a number of drop spirit levels. They have ability to display an inclination in figures. They indicate smoothness of any surface. Other than them, there are a number of laser or battery operating type electronic gauges. But, there is no gauges that display both inclinations and angles.

DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION

Inclination gauges subject to this invention may be used in any field related to inclinations and angles, especially in all construction items and installation operations. Such gauges are developed to display inclination and angle of surfaces without requiring any calculation.

This invention has ability to display these two measures simultaneously as angles of surfaces with horizontal line in degrees and as inclinations between surfaces and horizontal line in percentage without requiring any calculation. This invention runs based on rules on gravity and center of gravity. Any tangent values corresponding to angles, that is, inclination values in percentage (between 0% and 100%, and infinite value) are placed on upper surface of angle scale (between 0° and 90°) on side surface of the dial. Center of gravity, angles and inclinations are fixed at a (0) value. With this invention, the dial having angle and inclination scales is placed through the dial by a shaft in bearings, and it is ensured that it vibrates. Transparent oil is put in it in order to shorten vibration period. It is molded to protect against external shocks. The gauge is fixed into aluminum profiles in various sizes.

EXPLANATION OF INVENTION

The internal plastic round fitting (1) is screen printing type, and is an integral part of the product subject to this invention. The screen printing on upper surface of the component shows figures giving an angle in degrees (0° to 90°). The screen printing on its side surface shows figures giving an inclination in percentage (0% to 100%). The internal plastic round fitting (1) takes place in front of a transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3). The gravity pin (2) is fixed into it. The gravity pin (2) ensures that the internal plastic round fitting (1) is fixed based on gravity principles. Transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3) ensures that any figures corresponding to angle and inclination values may be read clearly through red screen printing line placed on its upper and side parts as well as protection of the internal plastic round fitting (1). Transparent oil is put in it in order to shorten vibration period.

The transparent plastic internal rear protection cap (4) is placed on rear side of the transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3). After assembling of the internal plastic round fitting (1), gravity pin (2) and transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3) is completed, it is fixed by an ultrasonic adhesion system to the transparent plastic internal rear protection cap (4).

The centering pin (5) is inserted through the center of the internal plastic round fitting (1); is placed on the transparent plastic internal front protection cap (3) and the transparent plastic internal rear protection cap (4); and thus ensures vibration.

The external front protection cap (6) and external rear protection cap (7) protect the fitting against shocks. The round on upper surface of the front cap (6) shows the angle dial (A); and the rectangle on the front cap (6) and rear cap (7) shows the inclination dial (B).

The right aluminum casing cap (8) and left aluminum casing cap (9) are placed on right and left sides of the box profile bearing (10), and ensures the bearing to close. The box profile bearing (10) is used to fix the fitting and to extend measuring intervals. It is manufactured in four sizes as 30 cm, 40 cm, 60 cm and 80 cm.

Angle of a surface with horizontal line is seen in degrees from the dial A; and inclination between a surface and horizontal line is seen in percentage from the B.
