Abstract:
The present invention relates to an inclining jacking-type steel platform construction apparatus and method for inclining walls having a large inclination angle, and aims to solve the problem in traditional steel platform construction of coordinating formwork overturning and steel platform inclination. The apparatus comprises a steel platform, a temporary support steel jig frame, a tetrafluoroethylene composite sliding structure and an inclination angle finetuning jack. The steel platform comprises a first steel platform system and a second steel platform system which are detachably connected, and a supplementary steel platform. The first steel platform system and the second steel platform system are fixed at a certain height below the bottom end of the retracting section of the inclining wall. The double-connector temporary support steel jig frame is arranged at the top end of a second straight wall section, and the supplementary steel platform is arranged on the upper section of the temporary support steel jig frame. The tetrafluoroethylene composite sliding structure is arranged between the temporary support steel jig frame and the top beam of the second steel platform system, and a synchronous pushing jack mechanism is arranged at the end of the tetrafluoroethylene composite sliding structure. Multiple inclination angle finetuning jacks are arranged at intervals between the platform base and the tetrafluoroethylene composite sliding structure. A positioning member is connected to an end of the supplementary steel platform close to the top beam of the second steel platform system.
