The present invention provides an incoming call information processing method and device, and a mobile terminal. The incoming call information processing method comprises: when a call initiated from an incoming call number is received, searching for an audio file corresponding to the incoming call number, the audio file comprising at least an audio file of the first call with the incoming call number; displaying an icon of the audio file; and when a playback instruction is received, playing the audio file. According to the solution, when there is an incoming call, if a user does not know who initiates the call and whether the calling party made a call before, the user can be assisted in quickly knowing information about the calling party by playing an audio file of the first call with the calling party, and then the user can determine whether to answer the call after knowing the information of the calling party. Moreover, awkwardness caused by asking who is speaking after answering the call is avoided, thereby facilitating the use of the user, improving the user experience, and better meeting the user demands.
