Abstract:
The present invention provides an incoming call notification based medical conference notification system and method for a medical information system. The method comprises: receiving reserved conference room information from a mobile terminal of a medical worker who reserves a conference; creating a conference room form according to the conference room information, creating conference notification information in a conference address book arranged in a server and associating the conference notification information with a conference notification number; according to telephone numbers of medical workers who are to participate in the conference recorded in the conference room form, making a call to mobile terminals of the medical workers to remind the medical workers to participate in the conference; in a preset time duration after the conference is started, acquiring geographic position information of the mobile terminals of the medical workers who are to participate in the conference; and updating attendance information in the conference room form according to the geographic position information of the medical workers who are to participate in the conference. According to the present invention, the medical workers who are to participate in the conference are notified to participate in the conference by means of incoming calls, so that the medical workers can timely participate in the conference, and an attendance rate of the conference is improved; meanwhile, the automatic sign-in is realized, and the sign-in efficiency is improved.
