Abstract:
A reception means 81 receives inputting of a series of observation events including one or more observation events. A deletion means 82 deletes, in a determination graph in which the observation events are defined as nodes and transition relationships among the observation events are defined as edges and which is for determining truth values of the observation events on the basis of a knowledge base, edges that are among edges connected to nodes corresponding to the observation events received by the reception means 81 and that indicate transitions to sides negating said observation events. A determination means 83 determines whether there is a path from a root node to leaf nodes indicating true values in the determination graph after the deletion means 82 has deleted the edges. A decision means 84 decides that there is inconsistency among the series of observation events with respect to the knowledge base when the determination means 83 has determined that there is no path to the leaf nodes indicating the true values.
