Abstract:
The proposed incremental capacitive angular displacement transducer comprises: a movable dielectric plate and a fixed dielectric plate, which face one another; electrode sections that are joined by means of electrical connections between the sections and are situated on the fixed dielectric plate side; sections of two electrodes, which are located on the movable dielectric plate side; and a signal conversion unit. The transducer is additionally provided with six oscillating circuits with inductance coils, and sections of six electrodes of three oscillating circuits. The signal conversion unit comprises six inductance coils for injecting energy and six inductance coils for reading the resonant oscillation frequency.
