Abstract:
An indenting device for marking a metal workpiece comprises a frame (10), an impact head (20), an automatic marking die (30), a holding member (50), and a two-dimensional-movement mechanism. The top of the impact head (20) is connected to the frame (10). The height of the impact head (20) is adjustable. The automatic marking die (30) is fixedly provided at the bottom of the impact head (20). A claw (51) for holding a metal workpiece is provided at the top of the holding member (50). The holding member (50) can be driven by the two-dimensional-movement mechanism to move back and forth or left and right, such that a position to be marked on the top of the metal workpiece (40) is directly under the automatic marking die (30). The automatic marking die (30) comprises a support frame (35), a character switching mechanism (31), a core shaft (32), and character plates (33). Two ends of the core shaft (32) are fixedly connected to the support frame (35). The character plates (33) are sleeved on the core shaft (32) side by side in an axial direction. Multiple raised characters (333) are circumferentially arranged on the periphery of each character plate (33). Each character plate (33) can be driven by the character switching mechanism (31) to rotate. Thus, characters are arranged in a fully automated manner, and manual operation is not required, such that efficiency is high, and an imprint of multiple characters can be achieved in one stamping.
