Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is an independent silencer cooling structure for generator set damping, comprising a base, a sound insulation cover, a partition plate, a generator cooling air duct body, an engine, a generator body, a cooling air duct of a cylinder head exhaust pipe, a silencer, a damping corrugated pipe, and the cylinder head exhaust pipe. The cooling air duct of the cylinder head exhaust pipe is provided on one side of the generator cooling air duct body, and is communicated with an engine starting pull disc; the cylinder head exhaust pipe is provided on a fuel engine cylinder head and located in the cooling air duct of the cylinder head exhaust pipe; the silencer is provided in a silencer cooling heat extraction cavity; an exhaust pipe is provided on the bottom wall of the silencer, a gas inlet pipe is provided on the silencer; and the damping corrugated pipe is provided between the cylinder head exhaust pipe and the gas inlet pipe of the silencer. The present invention relates to the technical field of noise reduction and cooling, and specifically provides an independent silencer cooling structure for generator set damping which is arranged in a split-type structure with a heat dissipation cooling system of a generator and has an excellent damping function and excellent cooling performance.
