Title:
INDEPENDENT TIDAL GENERATOR SET
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/210795
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A power generation device has an upper floating buoy and a lower suspension buoy which are vertically arranged in the seawater. The upper floating buoy (1) is floated on the surface of the seawater, and is connected to the mechanical device in the lower suspension buoy by using a rope. The lower suspension buoy is suspended in the seawater, and is fixed to the seabed by using a rope. The whole unit is relatively vertically arranged in the seawater. The upper floating buoy is subjected to the opposite effects of seawater buoyancy and gravity, and is displaced due to changes in buoyancy under the effects of tides and waves. When the upper floating buoy is displaced, as the lower suspension buoy is fixed, kinetic energy and potential energy of the disordered movement of the upper floating buoy are converted into bidirectional kinetic energy in the rope direction along the connecting rope and the bidirectional kinetic energy acts on the mechanical system in the lower suspension buoy. The lower suspension buoy is provided therein with a mechanical assembly and a permanent magnet generator, so that the irregular mechanical kinetic energy transmitted from the upper floating buoy and the rope is converted into unidirectional stable mechanical kinetic energy, and then the unidirectional stable mechanical kinetic energy is finally transmitted to the permanent magnet generator to drive the generator rotor to operate, so as to realize power generation and output.
