Abstract:
An index cutter (I) forms a cut index in paper sheet. The index cutter (I) has a flat plate-like first base member (1) having a first edge section and a flat plate-like second base member (2) pivotally connected to the first base member (1) and having a second edge section. When the first base member (1) and the second base member (2) are relatively pivoted, a part of the paper sheet is cut by the first edge section and the second edge section.
