Disclosed is an indicating instrument which enables a stable supply of electric power to a light source. Specifically disclosed is an indicating instrument provided with a display member (10) having a display part (13a), a drive unit (40) disposed on the back side of the display member (10), an indicating member (50) attached to a rotating shaft (30) of the drive unit (40) and comprising a base part (51) located around the rotating shaft (30) and an indicating part (52) that indicates the display part (13a), and a light source (57) disposed in the indicating member (50) in order to cause the indicating part (52) to glow, the indicating instrument being provided with a coil (23) provided on the drive unit (40) side, and a flexible substrate (90) comprising a coiled wiring part (92) provided on the base part (51) side so as to enable electromagnetic induction with the coil (23) and a conductive wiring part (93) that conductively connects the coiled wiring part (92) and the light source (57), wherein electric power is fed to the light source (57) via the conductive wiring part (93) by an electromagnetic induction action between the coil (23) and the coiled wiring part (92).
