Abstract:

According to the present invention, an emboss layer is provided with a geometric optics structural region, a wave optics structural region, and a third structural region. The third structural region is situated between the geometric optics structural region and the wave optics structural region. The emboss layer is provided with a first relief structure in the geometric optics structural region, and said first relief structure has a height not less than 0.5 µm but less than 30 µm. The emboss layer is provided with a second relief structure in the wave optics structural region, and said second relief structure has a height not less than 100 nm but less than 500 nm. The emboss layer is provided with a third relief structure in the third structural region, and said third relief structure has a height that is at least 1/2 times the thickness of the emboss layer but at most two times the height of the first relief structure. The height of the third structure is greater than that of the first relief structure.
