Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an indirect-contact liquid cooling/heating device and an indirect-contact liquid cooling/heating method for a power battery pack. A heat conductive sheet is bonded between each two packs of battery modules. The two ends of the heat conductive sheet are respectively connected to a heat conductive support. The two ends of the heat conductive support are respectively connected to a heat conductive pipe, in which there is a circularly flowing liquid medium. The heat conductive pipe is in communication with the pipe of an external heat exchanger or evaporator. The heat conductive sheet absorbs the heat generated during the operation of the battery modules, and transfers the heat to the heat conductive pipe via the heat conductive support. The liquid medium circularly flowing within the heat conductive pipe takes away the heat transferred by the heat conductive support. The control of the temperature of the battery modules is achieved by means of changing the flow rate and temperature of the liquid medium within the heat conductive pipe. The device has a compact structure and is light in weight, and is easy to assemble. The heat conductive support, the heat conductive sheet and the heat conductive pipe can be assembled in advance. When a battery cell is added, and positioned by the heat conductive sheet and the heat conductive support, the battery electrodes can be connected in series or in parallel, thereby making them easier to install.
