Abstract:
The present invention disclosed a method for successively measuring in vitro the responses of individual to immunocytes from organ transplants or tumor, which comprises the steps of: 1) adding antigen from donor or MHC/HLA molecular library including donor's MHC/HLA type or antigen from recipient self or its same tumor type to the sample from desired subject, and incubating for sufficient time for immunocytes activation, 2) separating and/or typing the immunocytes and measuring the activation index; thereof so-called antigen from the donor of organ transplants is whole-cell or subcelluar components having MHC/HLA or MHC/HLA molecular, or so-called antigen from recipient self is whole-cell of tumor or celluar extractives including most celluar components; this method also including make so-called antigen from individual self or non-tumor antigen as contrast for stimulating antigen.
