Abstract:
To prevent packed material from being caught in a top seal when material is individually packed in a flat bag. Therefore, individual packing machine (1) disclosed in the present invention is equipped with a film feeding means that moves an outer packaging film (11) double folded so that the fold peak faces down, a hopper (31) into which object to be packed (2) is loaded, a side seal forming means (40) that forms side seal (3) on outer packaging film (11) along straight guide part (31a) of the hopper on packing object (2) loaded into hopper (31), a pusher (33) that pushes packed material (2) to the bottom of bag (12) formed by side seals (3), and a top seal forming means (60) that forms top seal (4) on bag (12). After the straight guide part (31a) of the hopper is inserted between the opposite surfaces of double folded outer packaging film (11), it rises while pusher (33) is pushing packed material (2) to the bottom of bag (12). Then, pusher (33) rises.
