Abstract:
There is an enormous amount of fabricated and duplicated products, items, drugs in the world. Many of them are famous brands and trademarks, which often face up to such problem. The worst scenario is bad quality and harmfulness to a human body. To deal with substitutes and imitations were contrived protective bar codes, stamps, holograms and other arrangements which were intended to preserve the originality of the goods and items. It is widely known that even the most complicated protection for goods is forged with an extremely high precision. Manufacturer by the means of laboratory test can determine only a limited number of products for originality; on the other hand, huge amount of export goods could not be monitored on time and in full quantity. We offer goods (hereinafter any unit of product regarded as "item(s)") protection system based on a hidden code. What is a "hidden code"? Any item will have a certain inherent and individual hidden code. Such kind of system just requires digits (codes) or digits and characters with hidden surface covered with foil or similar material. Material may be removed or stripped from the grasping ring on one angle. Hidden code will be preregistered in manufacturer's database. On the surface of every item are seen set of digits or set of digits and characters. At the same time every single set of digits or set of digits and characters will be hidden and protected with special protective foil, film or similar material. Consumer while buying item(s), pays attention to the protective film integrity, and strips protective film with set of digits or set of digits and characters in it. In the presence of damage on the protective foil or film on the item or in the absence of hidden code the originality of the item is not guaranteed. To make sure that the item is original, consumer, firstly logs on manufacturer's specialized website (SMS and tonal phone options are indicated below), then in the specified field enters set of digits or set of digits and characters indicated on the item's surface. Website address also will be shown on the item. Digital database of the specialized website accepts consumer's code and identifies with its database, which means website performs matching and comparing set of digits or set of digits and characters with its database, whereupon specified program notifies consumer that the set of digits or set of digits and characters are matching with system database, simultaneously registering the item according to the actual time and date. Reentering the same set of digits or set of digits and characters is not be registered again and specified program notifies that such item has been sold on certain date and time (in some cases region of sales). In case of entering set of digits or set of digits and characters incorrectly or wrongly by consumer, website provides another chance for reentering. After two times of incorrect or wrong entering of code, specified program blocks IP address for a certain time. After reentering the wrong code for at least two times from the same IP address will be considered as illegal attempt to obtain the code and the specified program activates strong lock or takes other protective actions for this IP address. Identification of the code might be performed as well as through the mobile phone or tonal phone. Consumer sends the code as an SMS message to the manufacturer's certain number shown on the item or dials the code in a tonal mode, in both cases identification is performed in the same manufacturer's database. Everyone knows, one million units may be coded with in a hundred million versions of the codes in the digital database and the coincidence is 1 - 100. The more expensive and unique is the item, the lower is the degree of coincidence (e.g. 1-10000 or 1-100000 etc.). In order to adequately maintain full control, every unit or every box (depending on the dimension and volume of item) will be sorted by category, and code registration will be processed in the relevant section within a specialized website. Thus, registration of sold items becomes more accurate and level of protection of the individual protection system increases. It means, in a separation process of items into categories and types, or according to the date of issue of each item - each section will have its own internal database and the random coincidence degree will be lower, even for items with multi-million production. Such individual protection system has a number of priorities for both consumers and supervisory bodies (such as quality inspection, customs, tax administration etc.). Illegally forged item of well-known companies and brands has the same external appearance, but the internal quality and the features have lower characteristics. These products undergo customs control in many countries, and economies losses and qualitative damages from counterfeiting and surrogates are huge.

Система защиты товаров с применением скрытного кода. Что такое скрытный код? Каждый товар или предмет будет иметь свой собственный и индивидуальный скрытный код. Скрытный код заранее внесен в базу данных производителя или заказчика . База данных будет находиться на официальном или специализированном сайте производителя или заказчика . На поверхности каждого товара или предмета будет находиться специальный код. Каждый код будет скрыт и защищен специальной защитой . Покупатель , приобретая товар и предмет обращает внимание на целостность защиты . При наличии повреждения защиты на товаре или предмета , или отсутствия скрытного кода на товаре или предмета не гарантирует что этот товар или предмет является оригинальным . Покупатель , что бы убедиться об оригинальности товара или предмета выполняет ряд действий связанные с интернетом или телефонией (смс и тональный режим). Это система полностью применима в практической жизни.
