An indoor air-conditioning unit (100), comprising: a body (1), an outer air guide plate (2), and an inner air guide plate (3). The body (1) is provided with an air outlet (11); the outer air guide plate (2) is located at the air outlet (11) and used for opening and closing the air outlet (11); a plurality of air dissipation holes (21) is formed on the outer air guide plate (2) running therethrough along a thickness direction; the inner air guide plate (3) is located at the air outlet (11) and located at the inner side of the outer air guide plate (2).
