Abstract:
Disclosed is an indoor bicycle equipped with an ankle exercise device. The disclosed indoor bicycle equipped with an ankle exercise device comprises: a frame which has a pair of leg parts provided at each of the front and rear thereof, and on which a chair is installed; a main body which is provided in front of the frame; a pair of ankle pedals, on both sides of the main body, on which the feet of a user seated on the chair are placed and which allow the ankles to rotate at a set angle in the forward and backward directions with respect to the central axis; and an ankle muscle strengthening part which is provided in the main body and is connected to the front and rear sides of each of the ankle pedals to strengthen the ankle muscle strength of the user seated on the chair.
