Abstract:
An indoor fireproof door and a manufacturing method therefor. The indoor fireproof door comprises a door frame (1) and a door leaf (2), the door leaf (2) being sequentially provided with a door leaf framework (8), a fireproof expansion sealing member (6) and a perlite fireproof door core plate (10) in the cross section, a gap being provided between the door frame (1) and the door leaf (2), and the door frame (1) being connected to the door leaf (2) by means of fireproof hinges (4). The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: firstly, laminating multiple layers of wood veneers and a glass magnesium board on a cold press by means of a fireproof adhesive; cutting the laminated big plate and sawing same into timbers; then raising and assembling the timbers, and sorting the frames and assembling same; and finally placing the perlite fireproof door core plate (10) in the frame composed of the timbers, and filling the gap between the timbers and the perlite fireproof door core plate (10) with a fireproof sealing rubber strip (6). The indoor fireproof door has a good flame retardant effect and facilitates automatic production.
