Abstract:
Provided is an indoor unit for an air conditioner that enables easy checking of drainage. The indoor unit for the air conditioner is provided with: a casing in which a suction port is provided in the upper surface, a blowout port is provided in the lower part, an air duct is formed thereinside, and a rear side is fixed to a wall surface of the indoor unit; an axial fan provided in the air duct; an indoor heat exchanger provided downstream of the axial fan in the air duct; a drain pan that covers the lower end of the indoor heat exchanger from the lower side; and a front air duct panel that constitutes a casing front side of the air duct. In the front air duct panel, a water injection window is opened upstream of the indoor heat exchanger.
