Abstract:
An indoor unit (1) of an air conditioner is provided which comprises: a main body (2) having an air conditioner (5) that comprises a heat exchanger (6), a blower fan (7), and a plate-shape flap (10) that has a back edge (50a) extending in the width direction; and a bottom panel (16) covering the bottom surface of the main body (2), and comprising a plate-shape bottom panel main body (47), which extends in the width direction (W) and has a front end (47a) along the back edge (50a) of the flap provided at the bottom of the main body (2), and a wind-blocking rib (21), which projects upwards from the front end (47a) of the bottom panel main body (47) so that wind generated by the blowing fan (7) collides therewith.
