Abstract:
An indoor unit (100) for an air conditioner, and an air conditioner. The indoor unit (100) comprises: an upper base plate (10), which is provided with a limiting groove (101); a heat exchanger (20), which is arranged on the upper base plate (10); a lower base plate (30), which is provided with a limiting rib (301), wherein the limiting rib (301) can be limited in the limiting groove (101), and is detachably connected to the limiting groove (101); a fan (40), which is arranged on the lower base plate (30); and a first water retaining rib (304), which is arranged on the lower base plate (30) and located on the side of the lower base plate (30) that faces the heat exchanger (20), wherein the first water retaining rib (304), the lower base plate (30) and the limiting rib (301) jointly enclose a first water receiving tank (306) that has an opening facing the heat exchanger (20). The limiting rib (301) belongs to a tank wall of the first water receiving tank (306). Thus, in addition to implementing the detachable connection of the upper base plate (10) and the lower base plate (30), the limiting rib (301) further belongs to the tank wall of the first water receiving tank (306), such that a detachable structure composed of the limiting rib (301) and the limiting groove (101), and the first water receiving tank (306) are no longer two completely independent structures, thereby improving structural compactness of the indoor unit (100), and simplifying the structure of the indoor unit (100).
