Abstract:
One embodiment of an indoor unit according to the present disclosure is an indoor unit of an air conditioner, and is a wall-mounted-type indoor unit fixed to a wall surface. The indoor unit is provided with a heat exchanger, a blower, an enclosure for housing the heat exchanger and the blower therein, and a communication device housed inside the enclosure. The enclosure has: an air path member that constitutes at least a part of an air path through which air drawn into the enclosure by the blower passes; and, an installation member that is positioned rearward of the air path member and is fixed to the wall surface. A space is provided between the air path member and the installation member in the front-rear direction, the communication device being accommodated in the space.
