This indoor unit is provided with: a plurality of fan motors (51a and 52a); first and second inverters (41 and 42) for individually driving respective fan motors (51a and 52a); and a single common control unit (6) that performs control calculations for each of the fan motors (51a and 52a) and generates individual drive signals to be sent to respective inverters (41 and 42).
