An indoor unit and an air conditioning device according to the present invention comprises a thermal-image acquisition device for acquiring a thermal image that represents a temperature distribution, a heating device for heating air and blowing out the heated air, a wind direction control plate for adjusting the direction of air blown out from the heating device, and a control device for controlling the indoor unit, the control unit having: a target airflow position determination unit that determines a target airflow position, which is a target toward which the heated air is to be blown; a wind direction control unit that determines the angle of the wind direction control plate on the basis of the target airflow position; a floor surface temperature difference computation unit that detects the temperature of a floor surface in the air-conditioned space from the thermal image and computes, on the basis of the detected temperature of the floor surface, a difference value of the temperature of the floor surface before and after control based on the target airflow position; and an arrival position detection unit that detects an arrival position of the heated air from the difference value.
