Abstract:
An indoor unit of a floor-standing air conditioner, comprising: a housing (310) having a cavity defined therein, the housing (310) being provided with air outlets (320) at upper and lower portions thereof, an air inlet (330) at a middle portion thereof, and comprising a front panel (311), a rear housing (312), a top plate (313), and a bottom plate (314), the rear housing (312) comprising a rear panel (315) and two side panels (316); a laminar flow fan (100) disposed in the cavity, and configured to transform part of the air in the cavity into a laminar airflow by means of a viscous effect, and to blow the laminar airflow out from the air outlet (320) at the upper portion; and a double-suction centrifugal fan (610) disposed below the laminar flow fan (110) and having an axial direction perpendicular to the side panels (316), the double-suction centrifugal fan (610) being configured to drive part of the air in the cavity to flow out from the air outlet (320) at the lower portion. The laminar flow fan (110) enables supply of a laminar airflow from the upper portion by means of the viscous effect, and quietly produces a large volume of air during the process. The double-suction centrifugal fan (610) can effectively increase the volume of air and air pressure at the lower portion.
