Disclosed is an indoor ventilation mechanism, comprising a room side wall (1), wherein a mounting ring (2) is detachably connected to the side surface of the room side wall (1); a barrel (3) is fixedly connected to the side surface of the mounting ring (2); one end of the barrel (3) penetrates the room side wall (1) to the left and right; an electric motor (4) is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the barrel (3); a fan (5) is fixedly connected to an extending shaft of the electric motor (4); an air inlet (6) is provided in the side surface of the barrel (3); a supporting block (7) is further fixedly connected to the side surface of the room side wall (1); the end of the supporting block (7) away from the room side wall (1) is rotatably connected to a first rotation shaft (8) in a matched limiting manner by means of a bearing; a driving mechanism is arranged on a shaft arm of the first rotation shaft (8); an air quantity adjustment mechanism is arranged on the side surface of the barrel (3); and the driving mechanism drives the air quantity adjustment mechanism by means of a transmission mechanism. The indoor ventilation mechanism can adjust the quantity of air and can effectively reduce the entering of dust.
