Abstract:
The present invention relates to isoliquiritigenin derivatives, and a use thereof. The isoliquiritigenin derivatives induce brown fat differentiation and do not have significant cytotoxicity. A composition, which is for inducing brown fat cells and includes the isoliquiritigenin derivatives, has the effect of reducing myocardial damage, and thus can be effectively used for preventing or treating heart disease.
