Abstract:

Provided is an induced device for inhibiting the electrodeposition of acid mist, wherein the device comprises a polar plate (1); a first isolation net (3) and a second isolation net (4) are respectively provided on both side faces of the polar plate (1), and gaps are respectively provided between the first isolation net (3), the second isolation net (4) and the two side faces of the polar plate; and a first isolation belt (5) and a second isolation belt (6) are respectively provided on both sides of the top of the polar plate (1), and the first isolation belt (5) and the second isolation belt (6) are respectively located at a position above the the first isolation net (3) and the second isolation net (4). In addition, an induced process for inhibiting the electrodeposition of acid mist using the above-mentioned induced device for inhibiting the electrodeposition of acid mist is provided. The induced device and process for inhibiting the electrodeposition of acid mist can avoid the formation of acid mist in the process of electrodeposition from the source so as to eliminate acid mist pollutions, and can further achieve clean productions.
