Abstract:
An induction cooker temperature measuring method and device and a readable storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining temperature data acquired by at least three temperature sensors distributed on the bottom surface of a microcrystalline plate of an induction cooker and position data of the temperature sensors relative to the microcrystalline plate; obtaining, according to the temperature data and the position data, an actual position of a container under measurement on the microcrystalline plate, the container being heated by the induction cooker; obtaining, according to the temperature data, a matching preset temperature curve of the induction cooker, and extracting a temperature peak value from the preset temperature curve; and calculating, according to the actual position and the temperature peak value, an actual temperature of the container currently under measurement. By using temperature data obtained via distributed temperature sensors, an actual position of a container under measurement can be accurately determined. The actual temperature of the container under measurement can be accurately calculated according to the actual position thereof and a temperature data hump-shaped curve, i.e., a peak value of a lattice curve of the temperature data.
