Abstract:
To obtain an induction heating cooker capable of accurately determining a material of a subject to be heated.
This induction heating cooker obtains a change quantity (I1) of an input current and/or a coil current during a period of time from a time when power supply to a heating coil (11a) starts to a time when a first heating period (t1) elapses, and on the basis of the change quantity (I1) of the current, a material of a subject to be heated (5) is determined.
