Abstract:
This induction heating cooker is provided with: a plurality of heating coils arranged in at least one row on the same plane; a plurality of inverter circuits that feed a high-frequency current to each of the plurality of heating coils; and a control device that controls the driving of the plurality of inverter circuits. The plurality of heating coils include a first heating coil and a second heating coil which are adjacent to each other, and the control device sets the frequency of the high-frequency current fed to the second heating coil to be higher than the frequency of the high-frequency current fed to the first heating coil when the material of an object to be heated placed over the first heating coil is a magnetic body and the material of an object to be heated placed over the second heating coil is a material that includes at least a non-magnetic body.
