Abstract:
A heating coil section (4) has two heating coils (4a, 4b) arranged side by side on the same plane. The heating coil section (4) has: first temperature sensors (6a, 6b) which are each provided near the center of a corresponding one of the heating coils (4a, 4b); and a second temperature sensor (7) provided between the heating coils (4a, 4b) at a position near the location where the heating coils (4a, 4b) are closest to each other. A control unit controls heating by detecting temperature by means of the first temperature sensors (6a, 6b) and the second temperature sensor (7).
