Abstract:
This disclosed induction heating device includes: a plate on which a container can be placed; a plurality of working coils arranged under the plate; a plurality of coil bases on which the plurality of working coils are respectively arranged and which can be connected to each other; container sensors arranged between the plurality of working coils; and a control unit which, on the basis of a resonance signal generated by at least one of the container sensors, detects whether or not a container is on the plate and determines, from among the plurality of working coils, a heating coil to be used for heating the container.
