Abstract:
Power can be supplied efficiently by a straightforward circuit construction to an induction heating coil through a non-contact power supply device. An induction heating device fitted with the non-contact power supply device is provided with a primary side unit (2) and a secondary side unit (3). In the primary side unit (2), there are provided a primary coil (6) and an inverter (20) that supplies AC power to the primary coil (6). In the secondary side unit (3), there are provided a heating body (12), an induction heating coil (11) that performs induction heating of the heating body (12), and a secondary coil (7) connected with the induction heating coil (11) and capable of transformer-coupling in non-contacting fashion with the primary coil (6). The primary side unit (2) has a primary side resonant circuit (4) wherein a capacitor (13) that resonates with the primary coil (6) is connected with the primary coil (6). The secondary side unit (3) has a secondary side resonant circuit (5) wherein capacitors (9), (10) are connected in series and/or parallel with the secondary coil (7) and the induction heating coil (11) which are connected in series, so as to make the combined resonant frequencies of the secondary coil (7) and capacitor (9) and the induction heating coil (11) and capacitor (10) the same.
